Please do not get confused with K11 and K11 MUSEA. The original K11 Art Mall is this one in Tsim Sha Tsui, which is in the centre of Tsim Sha Tsui:
This is K11 MUSEA, which is also in Tsim Sha Tsui but is by Victoria Harbour, the area is called Victoria Dockside:

One of the highlights of the mall is its iconic architecture - "Gold Ball", popular photo spot where you can actually go inside and enjoy art exhibition.
There are many luxury brands shop on the ground floor and first floor. Here are some of the spots which we would recommend and they are awesome and affordable.

Bubble tea brand from China. Famous of its cheese cream and fruit teas. What makes it special is they have a superb million-dollar view of Victoria Harbour!
DAMA (3/F)
Vegan ice cream which is made of real fruit. Can’t beat that. The signature flavours are pitaya (dragon fruit) and mango. Their cold pressed juice is worth a try also!
